Transitional Boho Living | Get the Look

Alright friends, in case you were wondering, my style icon, interior muse, and absolute favorite designer is Amber Lewis of Amber Interiors.  I’ve followed her from the start, before I even had the notion of owning/designing a home of my own, and it’s been amazing to see her visions come to life. Amber Interiors has always been an inspiration for my own designs, and I wanted to see if I couldn’t bring a little ‘AI’ (Amber Interiors) love to the rest of the world with a ‘Get the Look’!

I mean, helloooo dark, rugged sofas!  I love how these couches are structured yet worn to perfection – throw in some killer vintage textiles, a light, tribal rug, and some thoughtfully collected antique accessories that aren’t too over the top, and we have a winner.  To some, a dark, leather sofa (or two for that matter) may seem intimidating, but this is a perfect example of how you can soften the look with patterns and still keep the room bright and airy.  I’m also a big advocate for interiors that embrace both the male and female perspectives which is why I truly love this combination.  Give my guy some leather furniture and me some global textiles/geodes/vintage brass, and we’re in business!

SO! Want to make this look yours?  Check out the pieces I’ve found below. The coffee table is my favorite and such a good match 😉
